A) Weaber, Inc. on or about September 27, 2021 in the machine shop: The lockout/tagout procedure for machine molder 97 did not address specific techniques for bleeding off the compressed air from the machine. Employees perform servicing and maintenance operations that include but are not limited to blade changes and removing jams.
