Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. Mill 5 - On or about February 8, 2023, the shaper #1 flexible cord that had pulled strain relief stressing the conductors going into the plug head, employees were exposed to an electrical and deflagration hazard. b. Mill 5 - On or about February 8, 2023, the shaper #1 flexible cord that had pulled strain relief stressing the conductors going into the electrical disconnect box, employees were exposed to an electrical and deflagration hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. Mill 6 - On or about February 8, 2023, employees were not trained on the hazards of combustible dust which is generated in the milling and finishing processes of mill 6, KSt 6.72 bar*meter/sec, PR of 6.14 at the grizzly portable dust collector. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
