29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a)Perry Construction Group, Inc, 5145 Avonia Rd, Fairview, Pennsylvania - On or about October 14, 2021, and at times prior thereto: A copy of the written Hazard Communication Program was not available at the worksite. Employees worked with and/or were potentially exposed to hazardous substances including, but limited to, Portland cement, silica, and wood dust. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

(Construction Reference: 1926.59) a)Perry Construction Group, Inc, 5145 Avonia Rd, Fairview, Pennsylvania - On or about October 14, 2021, and at times prior thereto: Safety Data sheets for hazardous substances including, but not limited to, SureGrout were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document. Employees worked with and/or were potentially exposed to hazardous substances including, but limited to, Portland cement, silica, and wood dust. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
