On or about 10/18/2021 Auchly Roofing, Inc. was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot 170 on Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. Two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391146, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located on lot 151 Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 10/18/2021 Auchly Roofing, Inc. was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot 170 on Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Three employees were observed on a 10/12 sloped roof, approximately nine to seventeen feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391146, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located on lot 151 Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO.
