The rack stability and strength were not evaluated, exposing employees to a caught in and struck by hazard.  c. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania -  On or about October 19, 2021,  in the forklift battery charging area, the pallet racking upright was damaged.
