Employees did not have a permanent or portable means for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within or directly adjacent to the work area for immediate emergency use when maintenance occurred that involved the opening of the ammonia refrigeration system to make repairs.   d) 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 - Outside of Freezer #4: On or about March 8, 2024, a leak occurred which prompted an evacuation of the building and repairs to the ammonia system outside of Freezer #4.  Employees did not have a permanent or portable means for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within or directly adjacent to the work area for immediate emergency use when maintenance occurred that involved the opening of the ammonia refrigeration system to make repairs.   Frozen Food Development was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558606, citation number 1, item number 7, and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
