29 CFR 1910.138(a): Appropriate hand protection was not used when employee's hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes. Achugao village jobsite: Cloth gloves were provided to employees working with asphalt, and a solution to clean the tools. Employees were exposed to burns and chemical absorption hazards.
