29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   (a) Emba Desk - The employer used a yellow flexible cord in place of fixed wiring, exposing employees to an electrical hazard, on or about October 27, 2021.  At one end, the employer had the yellow flexible cord plugged into a duplex receptacle outlet box on the ceiling and had the other end of this flexible cord wired into a junction box.  Wiring from the junction box went into a four-receptacle outlet box used to power a fan.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
