29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2):The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a. In the balcony and scaffold decking at the front of the building #400, located at 7507 Park Village Drive, Jacksonville FL: On or about November 2, 2021, the employer exposed two employees to a 34 foot and higher fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees unloading scaffold parts from a Telescopic Handler.
