29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 4, 2021, employees were engaged it roof work without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall greater than 6 feet to the ground below. BCR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1513188, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/16/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6621 La Puesta Dr., TX 79928. BCR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322957, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 97 Grande Vole, El Paso, TX 79932.
