Iodophore Low Foam cleaner, CLR Lime Remover, LW401 cleaner, Ecolab Super Trump Detergent, HASA CHLOR Bleach concentrate, Sysco Germicidal Ultra Bleach, Ecolab Walk n Wash, and Oasis 146 Multi-quat Sanitizer, Waxie 710 Disinfectant Cleaner, and 143 Waxie-Green Degreaser during assigned operations. 29 CFR  1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Reference: ANSI Z358.1 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Standard 5.4.4 The eyewash unit shall be located on the same level as the hazard and the path of travel shall be free of obstructions that may inhibit the immediate use of the equipment.   In the following locations where corrosive chemical materials were handled, eyewash stations were obstructed and not available for immediate use:  a) Inside Casino, Taproom Brewery Room: No emergency eyewash station available.  b) Inside Casino, Keg Room Cleaning Room:  No emergency eyewash station available.  c) Inside Casino, Pool/Pump Room:  No emergency eyewash station available.  d) Inside Casino, Chiller Room:  The emergency eyewash station was block by equipment.  e) Inside Casino, First Floor Janitorial Closet:  The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment, mop buckets, and brooms.  Also the eyewash fluid was empty.  f) Inside Casino, Administrative Janitorial Closet:  The emergency eyewash station was blocked by floor cleaning equipment.  Employees were exposed to eye burns or blindness.
