Located at 750 Wharncliff Loop in Pickerington, OH: On or about November 12, 2021, employees were installing sheathing to the second story roof trusses without fall protection, thereby exposed to a fall hazard from approximately twenty-five feet. Antonio Alva Aguilar/DBA Aguilar and Alva was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480837, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 223 Kohler Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
