29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap:  At jobsite located at 12680 S. Wrangler St., Olathe, KS 66061 - Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in that the flexible cord used to supply power to the compressor was not equipped with adequate protective layer. As a result the extension cord showed signs of damage, prayed, and spliced.

Wrangler St. Olathe, KS 66061 - Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 8 feet 9 inches (107 inches) in that the stairway used as a walking/working path to the basement did not have a guardrail system.
