29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons. In side the maintenance shop, nitrogen and other compress cylinders were not chained or secured from falling and were placed next to doorways where they could be knocked over exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

In the maintenance shop, south wall, the employer did not ensure adjustable tongue guards were installed prior to employees operating the RYOBI table grinder, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
