At a commercial worksite located at 6601 Troost Ave, Kansas City, Missouri, Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when ascending  a 32 foot Aluminum Louisville Brand ladder rated 300 pounds, at heights of approximately 18-20 feet  from the  surface below,  that was not adequately secured and became displacement as an employee used it  to access roof where work was being performed.
