29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about November 23, 2021, located at 6725 Cat Singer Circle, Hilliard, OH 43026, the employer did not ensure that employees involved in construction activities on the top of a roof were protected against a fall thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet.  Florentino Velasco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532789, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2384 Vineyard Rd, Columbus, OH 43220.  Florentino Velasco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501652, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 243 Winter Shadow Loop, Delaware, OH 43015.  Florentino Velasco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477518, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 551 Buchloe Drive, Lot 6900, Marysville, OH 43040.
