29 CFR  1910.213(c)(2):Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator:  (a) Concepts in Millwork, Inc. at 1490 Tuskegee Pl. Colorado Springs, CO 80915: On or before 12/7/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that  the SCMI [model: si400 nova, serial: AB7223912] tablesaw was not equipped with a spreader. This condition exposed employees to kickback hazards.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
