29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a - 40 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 23 feet 2 inches from the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from a pitched roof while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means.  At the time of these exposures the worksite company employees had not received fall hazard recognition and minimization training from the company.  Condition noted on or about 12/07/21.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
