29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 41 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Two workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 9 inches up to and in excess of 23 feet 2 inches from the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Observed on or about 03/31/22. JM Group Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567172, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 01/07/22, with respect to a workplace located at 40 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ.
