Machine was a Pulse / MMA Inverter - TIG 350T welder. Violation was observed on or about February 1, 2022.    c) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - A worker was exposed to electrical shock hazards as the tig welder that was used in the production areas had a damaged power cord due to a broken strain relief where it connected to the machine. The welder's 220V cable was also badly damaged in the main cable as well as having no strain relief to the plug. Machine was a TIG Handy 300ST welder.
