29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:  a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Drive, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691:  An employee was exposed to amputation hazards while removing dumpling filling from the steamed dumpling molding machine, Daehyun Food Machine, Model HLT-700XL, Serial Number 200308, when she got her right pinky finger caught by the operating part of the machine.  Violation occurred on or about December 15, 2022
