29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) At the powder coating shop: On or about 12/16/2021, employees were required to wear respirators during powder coating operations and the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the worksite-specific procedures such as but not limited to employee medical evaluations, fit testing, and training on the use, maintenance and care of the respirators.

29 CFR  1910.252(b)(2)(iii):Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not required to wear appropriate goggles, to protect them from the rays when noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields were not used:  a) At the welding shop: On or about 12/21/2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees working in areas adjacent to metal inert gas (MIG) and Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding operations were protected from exposure to UV light and against radiant energy by enclosing the operation with noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields.
