29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a- Building Exterior: (Pump Jack Scaffold) Employees engaged in carpentry activities from a pump jack scaffold work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted or about 12/13/2021.  b- Building Exterior: (Tubular Welded Frame Scaffold) An employee engaged in carpentry activities from the second section of tubular welded frame scaffold work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized.
