29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Leo Construction, Inc. at 3534 Borderlands Lane, Unit 102, Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before January 18, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees were not utilizing a rope grab and lanyard fall protection system properly. Three employees utilized the rope grab and lanyard fall system in a manner that would allow them to fall more than 6 feet to level below. This condition exposed employees to falls of approximately 10 feet.
