29 CFR 1910.151(b): Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available. a) First Aid Kit - On or about January 20, 2022, the employer provided employees with burn spray manufactured by First Aid Only, Inc. which had expired on April 2016 and was no longer adequate for application. b) First Aid Kit - On or about January 20, 2022, the employer provided employees with hydrogen peroxide manufactured by Exchange Select which had expired on May 2019 and was no longer adequate for application.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use. a) Maintenance Shop - On or about January 20, 2022, employees were provided an emergency eyewash station manufactured by Guardian to flush eyes in the event of an emergency. The eyewash station was not suitable in that it was not inspected weekly and maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements, exposing employees to biological hazards.
