29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. Outside Loading Area: On March 18, 2025 and at times prior thereto, one Caterpillar 2P4000 power-operated industrial truck in an unsafe condition was not removed from service as required. The drivers side tires on truck had large chunks of rubber missing, presenting a potential skidding hazard.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded rotating shaft ends projected more than one-half the diameter of the shaft: First floor conveyor serial no. 180975: On March 18, 2025 and at times prior thereto, the shaft end of the conveyor system was unguarded on the left side and the ends projected more than one-half the diameter of the shaft. Employees were potentially exposed to pinch or caught-in hazards. Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1799959, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 700 East Roth Road, French Camp, CA 95231.

Break room conveyor area: One Black & Decker coffee pot was plugged into a relocatable power tap. 2. Damage cage: A relocatable power tap was plugged into a second one ("daisy chained"), which was powering a black Keurig coffee machine. Employees were potentially exposed to electric shock and fire hazards.
