29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:   At the jobsite, the stairs leading to the second floor were not equipped with handrails, exposing employees to the hazard of falling to the lower levels.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.   At the jobsite, employees were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees that were installing framing material to a residential house, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects.  Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528366, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1728 Vista Way, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.

At the jobsite, employees operating Interchange Hitachi nail guns while performing framing activities were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.
