29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  At the construction site located at 4634 Bridgewater in Midlothian, Texas, where the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing hardhats while working below other employees. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from falling objects.  Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575259, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2022, with a final abatement date on February 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Creek bluff Court Waxahachie, Texas 75165.  Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648886, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 08, 2023, with a final abatement date on March 2, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 477 Lost Creek Trail, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.
