29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about February 2, 2022, on the west side, employees were performing roofing work  on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels without fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access.  On or about February 2, 2022, on the west side of the site; employees were performing roofing work using a ladder to gain access to the roof area that was not extended three feet above the landing unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels without fall protection.  Premier South LLC. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in:   a) OSHA Inspection #1527694, citation number 1, item number 2, with a citation issued May 26, 2021, and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2021,  concerning a workplace located at 6031 Jones Creek, BATON ROUGE, LA 70816.  b) OSHA Inspection #1466238 citation number 2, item number 1, with a citation issued  April 6, 2020, and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2020, concerning a workplace located at 19010 Ponchatoula Parks Drive, PONCHATOULA, LA 70454.   c) OSHA Inspection #1418442 citation number 2, item number 1, with a citation issued  November 7, 2019, and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2019, concerning a workplace located at 4740 Bluebonnet Blvd, BATON ROUGE, LA 70809  d) OSHA Inspection # 1325670 citation number 1, item number 3, with a citation issued October 23, 2018, and was affirmed as a final order on November 6, 2018, concerning a workplace located at 5002 Claycut Road, BATON ROUGE, LA 70806.
