Employees are exposed to slip, trip, fall, and fire hazards in the storeroom and retail area floor from wheeled carts, large boxes, bins and water saturated boxes spread throughout the walking-working surfaces.  b) This most recently occurred on and preceding February 10, 2022, February 16, 2022 and February 22, 2022, at 2052 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, OH 43207.  Employees working in the retail area and storeroom are exposed to disorderly conditions presented by metal ceiling frame pieces and water-soaked ceiling tiles that have fallen to the floor on at least two occasions in close proximity to employees.
