(b) On or about 2/10/2022, 4037 La Grande Princesse St Croix, VI 00851, Deli Department - the working area around the refrigerator and meat slice machines (Hobart Model: 2712, Serial No. 561-150-231/Hobart Model: HS6N, Serial: 31-1600-487) had two electrical cords, creating a tripping hazard.
