See Table O-10. On or about February 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 5757 West Custer Street, Manitowoc, WI in the Core Department: the control station utilized to protect the point of operation on the E.W. Bliss C45 part revolution mechanical power press was not properly adjusted to prevent access to the hazardous downward stroke of the press exposing employees to shear hazards.
