The employer learned of confirmed COVID-19 cases which were reported on 12/27/21, 12/30/21, 1/1/22, 1/3/22 and 1/5/22. The employer did not record the confirmed COVID-19 cases on the log until 01/25/2022. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE INSPECTION CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT.
