29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about March 1,2022, the employer, F&E Framing, LLC, did not ensure its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of F & E Framing, LLC were exposed to falls hazards of up tp 40 feet while engaged in residential framing activities with no fall protection in place at the location 8848 South Kipling Way, Littleton, CO. The F & E Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1405292, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/2020, with respect to a workplace located at W.93 rd. lane & Gore Ct, Arvada, CO 80007. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Corrective Action Worksheet").
