29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about August 6, 2022, the employer did not ensure its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of F & E Framing, Inc. were exposed to falls hazards greater than 23 feet while engaged in residential framing activities without the benefit of fall protection systems. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Corrective Action Worksheet"). F & E Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1405292, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at W.93 rd. lane & Gore Ct, Arvada, CO 80007. F & E Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580975, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8848 South Kipling Way, Littleton, CO.
