29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): At least one entrance of sufficient area shall be provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment. On or about March 2, 2022, electrical disconnecting switches and switching devices were not provided with sufficient area to give access to the working space of electrical equipment. Specifically: a. The electrical disconnecting switch labeled "Item # P03004, Belt #2450 or 4L450", located in the Jeep Shop, was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space. b. The switching device (circuit breaker) panels 106 and 108, located at the Punch Station, was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space. c. The electrical disconnecting switch labeled "Switch For Automatic Punches Only Not Hand Punches", located at the Punch Station, was not provided with sufficient room to access the working space. d. The switching device (circuit breaker) panel labeled "126 BRKR 19-23", located in the East Docks, was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space.
