29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(vi): The employer shall perform additional monitoring when there has been any change in the production process, raw materials, equipment, personnel, work practices, or control methods that may result in new or additional exposures to chromium (VI), or when the employer has any reason to believe that new or additional exposures have occurred: At a workplace located at 2318 Waldo Boulevard, Manitowoc, WI 54220; the employer did not perform additional monitoring when the employer had reason to believe that new or additional exposures has occurred. The employer did not conduct additional monitoring to determine 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposures for employees working on the Blitz line who were exposed to chromium (VI) due to an upset condition in the ventilation system when employees brought complaints of exposure to the employer's attention on or about February 14, 2022.
