Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.  At an establishment located at 2318 Waldo Boulevard, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin;   (a) On or about July 11, 2023, in the Cam Turn Department, the guarding on the Mill Sizer Machine did not prevent activation of the pusher arm while the door was open exposing employees to caught between hazards.  (b)  On or about July 26, 2023, in the Final Inspection Department, the #2168 Shim PWA had inadequate guarding which did not prevent employees from accessing moving parts inside the final inspection, exposing employees to caught between and struck by hazards.
