29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(B):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees with a condition that interfered with the face-to-facepiece seal or valve function (Shipyard Reference 1915.154): a) At the welding/assembly area CRWY4, on 03-08-2022, an welder wore a filtering facepiece with a hood interfering with the face-to-facepiece seal, a condition that could reduce the protection provided by respirator and exposed to welding fumes.
