29 CFR  1915.56(e):  Shielding. Whenever practicable, all arc welding and cutting operations were not shielded by noncombustible or flame-proof screens which will protect employees and other persons working in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc.   (a) At the welding/assembly area CRWY4 and CRWY5 - On or about March 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure that workers walking or standing adjacent to welding operations were protected from exposure to welding rays by an appropriate noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields.
