At 6432 Prescott, Saint Louis, MO 63147 On or about March 9, 2022, Employees of Fairfield Processing Corporation were exposed to possible fire hazards due to a conveyer system which is elevated 20 inches above the floor level at the rear of the building and has limited access and egress points which restricted traffic to the exits at the rear of the building.  Additionally doors were observed to be obstructed by equipment at different times during the inspection process.
