29 CFR  1926.502(a)(2):The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for employee(s) and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employee(s) began the work that necessitates the fall protection.  a) Worksite, Roof: An employee was performing a roofing repair activity approximately sixty (60) feet above the ground level with a complete fall protection system in place including but not limited to a lanyard or other horizontal or self-retracting lifeline attached to their personal fall arrest system (harness) and an anchor point installed prior to the commencement of the work activity  to protect the employee falling, observed on or about March 16, 2022.
