29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a.)   On the roof of a newly constructed multi-family residential roof, Unit 49, located at 1 Haven Boulevard, Palm Coast, FL:    On or about November 30, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 to 19 feet, in that fall protection, such as a harness with a lanyard attached to the roof  was not utilized, while performing roofing work.  Sun Coast Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644108, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3216 S. Lakeview Circle Building #5, Fort Pierce, FL 34949.  Sun Coast Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583786, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 01, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 3730 N. Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL 32083.
