29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 24, 2022, at a construction site located on Sawdust Road in The Woodlands, TX, employees were working near the edge of the roof installing thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) to the roof of the building, without a personal fall arrest system.
