29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway were not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: On or about March 31,2022, employees were observed from a public roadway working on a scaffold that did not have a walking/working surface of at least 18 inches wide. The employer, Reynaldo Reyes, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1417955, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1726 Stampede, Corpus Christi, TX, 78414.
