29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) New residential construction located at 7415 Barclay Court (Lot# 2 Addison Grove Subdivision) Dawsonville, GA 30534, Top Plate: On or about 02/08/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear, was not provided while engaged in framing activities. b) New residential construction located at 7415 Barclay Court (Lot# 2 Addison Grove Subdivision) Dawsonville, GA 30534, Ground: On or about 02/08/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a circular saw, in that protective eyewear, was not provided while cutting framing lumber.
