29 CFR 1960.30(a):The agency shall ensure the prompt abatement of unsafe and unhealthful conditions. Where a Notice of an Unsafe or Unhealthful Working Condition has been issued, abatement shall be within the time set forth in the notice, or in accordance with the established abatement plan. On or about March 31, 2022, the employer did not notify employees of dust hazards being introduced into their work centers prior to the roofing pre-construction to ensure prompt corrective action.
