29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a. At job site in Umatilla, FL on or about March 25, 2022, employees engaged in forklift tire replacement were exposed to struck-by hazards when removing lug nuts on a pressurized split rim tire, in that, face protection was not used.
