29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean, and/or their function labels were not kept legible: a) Sumitomo Riko Company Ltd., doing business as SumiRiko Ohio Inc. located at 320 Snider Road in Bluffton Ohio: On or about April 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the control function labels of the pendant for the overhead crane in the chemical area of the Rubber Mixing Department were kept legible and failed to promptly repair or provide a replacement as needed for safe operation, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
