29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about April 2, 2022, and at times prior, Thompson Thrift Construction, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure to initiate and maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment was made by a competent person. Employees of J & W Construction Inc., were not protected by a fall protection system while working on the roof of approximately 11 feet. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of more than 6 feet. Thompson Thrift Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1277757, citation number 1, item number 1 ,and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11040 Twenty Mile Road, Parker, CO 80134.
